App isnt loading

I click on the app and it doesnt load. All it does is show me the black screen with Kylie in turquoise letters.

Ive opened it and just let it sit there to load, nothing...I shut off and restarted my phone, nothing. I even just waited it out, nothing.

If we have to purchase app it should work perfectly. For how often this occurs the app should just be free.
