Loved the app, but Im just disappointed for the last 2 weeks I havent been able to even look at anything on the app because it just wont open, I cant get past the front screen that says Kylie, I turned off the automatic renewal until there is something done about that glitch on the app.

So I downloaded the app trying to surprise my wife by getting her all the lipsticks and gloss so it said subscribe to get see the next restocking sale. I did all and all the restock dates are a month behind. So its pointless it doesnt tel when I can get them..and its difficult to navigate threw the app.

I do not recommend getting the app, it is so useless, nothing works. Downloading it was probably the worst decision Ive ever made in my life.

I really wish you didnt have to pay to unlock the rest

My app had been working great until recently I can go on the app and see some post but for the majority of the pages the screen stays black

I got the subscription for this app to keep track of lipkit launches and so far, every time an update is posted I just get a black screen. Super annoyed

App has not been working for a few days now help

First things first..... If you get this app for the lip kit launches you may as well follow one of those teeny boppers who post the launch dates for followers & save yourself $3 a month. Most the time the links dont work & the updates do NOTHING to fix issues... Only "enhance" it, but you cant make trash more appealing by adding a button here & there.. FIX YOUR ISSUES FIRST. Who ever is doing the designing or programming or whatever should be fired. & its obviously the same person because the issues are consistent. Radio doesnt work, just a black screen & wont load, links do not work (or sometimes they go to a completely different product), there isnt anything good on the app more than maybe a video like once a month & its really not worth $3. I mean check the reviews before you buy. Theyre pretty accurate. Her lip products are awesome & cant be beat. the whole idea of posting on your app first is cool, but its not like you have access first. You have just the same chance of purchasing as everyone else in the world even though you pay to know sooner so you might as well follow someone who posts it for free. & it seems they want to add bells & whistles without fixing the problem which is the reason why I am canceling. I gave it a chance. I gave it a few months even with the negative reviews, but Obviously what people are saying does not matter the problems will continue which is the most disappointing part of the entire thing. I think her sisters actually put effort into their apps from how it seems, but this app is a joke. Some fan could literally create a dupe app with her Instagram because thats all you really see.

She charged me without my free trial!!! All I wanted was the lip kit updates and even after charged the $2.99 I still cant view anything

I have tried to purchase the lip kits and it isnt updating any information when she states to look at the app for info

If youre thinking of paying for this app for the sole purpose of Lip Kit announcements you would be wasting your money. The app is cool and all but I only paid for this app to be informed of restocks. They only give a few hours notice and the last two restocks were in the middle of the night in Pacific time so its not convenient unless you live in the same time zone. I checked the app every day four times a day and still missed the last two restocks. I emailed the customer service or help or whatever and they basically said sorry keep checking. I suggested they offer push notifications for updates and they responded, "We dont offer push notifications." So for Lip Kit announcements I dont suggest this app. But other than that the app itself is pretty cool so Ill give Kylie stars for that.

App will not load the screen stays black for several minutes ... When it works I love it

everytime i click on the app it says the KYLIE thing and then kicks me out. i would say its a horrible app but i dont know because I CANT EVEN GET ON IT!! very disapointed:(

I used to love this app, then the update messed it up. Its a totally waste of 2.99 because its just a black screen. Fix this fast!

Yeah I bought this app awhile ago and deleted it just because I dont think we should have to pay 2.99 to watch more of her life. I was going to re purchase just for the lip kit announcements but after seeing all these reviews below me Im not going too. Maybe Kylie should announce her lip kits on other social media as well, not just on a app you have to pay for. Pretty insane to me. And she doesnt even give a warning. I have yet to be able to purchase any of her lipsticks because I always miss it. Thanks Kylie, great advertisement.

The app itself is really cool, BUT if you want lipkit restock news, Kylie only puts up the info a day in advanced in Pacific time... So not worth it. Im completely obsessed with Kylie, but she hardly puts up anything per week. Maybe like 2 glam videos a month, and other random things you can find on her Instagram. Overall, the app is NOT worth $3 a month.
