I was super excited for Kylie radio, but now it wont work???? I open it and press play but it doesnt play anything. Please fix this!!

Ok I love this app and Ive had it for a while now and Im subscribed but just today its not letting me open the app. It stays at the page before everything comes up . All it says is KYLIE in blue with the background. I thought it was my phone so I restarted it and still its not working...

I dont get whats the point on charging to get updates...updates arent even helpful at all, really there isnt any point. Youre pretty much stealing money, why would you if youre already shitting money

I love this app so far and I was really excited about the radio part of it but when I click on the play button is says its playing but I cant hear anything. Other people are dealing with the same issue. I dont mind paying the monthly fee but not if I dont get the full experience :/ please fix this.

I love this app, I love getting the inside scoop on what Kylie wears, listens to, likes to do, and her opinions on many different things.

Worthless. Downloaded it to get updates on the restock of the Kylie cosmetics website. Never got a notification. The content on the app isnt very engaging either. Sorry Kylie

Okay, so this app was cool but its so pricey and I work two jobs so I dont need to waste 3 dollars a month to find out how much she spends on unnecessary things. To cancel your subscriptions go to your settings > iTunes & App Store > tap on your Apple ID > view ID > manage > click on the subscription > unsubscribe Youre welcome :)

Kylie radio is the only feature I really use on a daily basis but its not working! Im just thinking about cancelling if it doesnt get fixed.

Ever since the app got the update it wont even open the app, so now i cant use the app and Im still being charged the Subscription fee!! Fix it

Not buying would rather keep money in my account to buy the lip kit instead of getting her updates.

Ive had this app for a few months now but ever since the new update the app opens then shows Kylies name like its loading but will crash right away! I cant open it in my phone or iPad. Please fix this! I dont want to pay for a crashing app!

I click on the app and it doesnt load. All it does is show me the black screen with Kylie in turquoise letters. Ive opened it and just let it sit there to load, nothing...I shut off and restarted my phone, nothing. I even just waited it out, nothing. If we have to purchase app it should work perfectly. For how often this occurs the app should just be free.

This Kylie app charges 2.99 a month to subscribe to her...this is bull cr@ap!!!

Half the time when I slide up to view a post on the phone and blank black screen appears. This has been going on for about two weeks now. If you are going to charge for an application that application needs to be on point and issues like this should be fixed ASAP.

App opened at first, then I bought the subscription and ever since the app wont load and only shows the Kylie screen. Would like to access what I paid for. This is unacceptable.

Not what I was expecting. Basically if you download the app you can view a bunch of selfies of Kylie (which is what her Instagram is for) and theres nothing interesting until you unlock or subscribe which costs money. Not worth it. I downloaded it and deleted it within five minutes.
