I need to cancel someone tell me how to do it?!

Im very dissapointed in Kylies app. Everything in her app you can find in social medias where you dont have to pay. Dont waste your money on this app, All of the content inside is not even updated Im getting info from 2 months ago Its not even worth 1 dollar to tell you that much Dont get it

Can easily find everything through sc or ig for free

I bought the monthly app to get updates about the lipkits. At first it was awesome because if you bought it youd get the updates. She also used to post so much more BTS of everything but now she just posts stuff you can find on her snapchat. It used to be a good app but now shes just posting stuff on Twitter. Me and all my friends unsubscribed because we can see everything on Twitter.

I wanted to view her previous makeup tutorials and found it hard to navigate. The search option within the app isnt good. You are better of going to her YouTube channel to view her tutorials. Wish they had just a videos tab so I could just view her makeup tutorials. Its not worth it, most of the things she post are on snapchat and Instagram.

When I first purchased this app ($2.99/monthly sub) I got notified of lipkit restocks. I have not received notifications regarding restocks for the birthday collection, the release of Kyshadow or the release of the metals/glosses. I might as well cancel the subscription and start checking my email daily I guess.

Nearly everyday i get on the app and it makes me log in again and sometimes will not let me log in.

I less than one 1 week charged and even charged again as renewal fee. Trying cancel but its impossible. I will not pay for this garbage. Nor will buy anything from thus stupid woman who is being fleeced by her loser boyfriend because she loves him. What a joke!

I love Kylie and her fam but Im really disappointed because every time I go on there its boring and nothing fun anymore and so I tried to cancel and I cant figure out a way too! I dont want to pay for this anymore!

There seems to be no clear way to cancel this subscription and I am terribly disappointed. I was only interested in purchasing the black lipgloss and I dont see or think that is even available now Im being billed for something that Im not the least bit interested in. This is definitedly for a much younger crowd as this young lady is younger than my youngest child.

I think its a waste of money because she posts so many things that we have already seen.... She posts her week in snaps and reviews what she posted ON HER APP at the end of the week like we havent already seen it? Fresh new content every day would be cool even if its something small. Were paying for the app, I think we should be seeing new things instead of things that are just repetitive.

why do I pay for your app if it keeps signing me out. you take my 2.99 a month I can clearly see that. yet it keeps signing me out the second I click on anything.

There are bugs still even after all updates. For the past two months I often am kicked out an must resign in. At this point I can not sign in at all. So frustrated because it is a monthly subscription!!

Kept waiting for it to get better but it didnt. She even recycles posts. Probably gonna get Kims app for more makeup related posts.

I bought this thinking that she would live stream or post her makeup tutorials but I get more stuff from her on snapchat than I do from her app. Kylie has only live streamed 6 times. I have Kims app just for this month and Kim posts more makeup tutorials when Kylies was known for the makeup. I have Khloés as well and Khloés is really good. Khloe actually live streams. Kylie needs to step it up cuz this isnt even funny anymore. #waistofmoney
